Reservations and Rooms

How do I search for availability and prices?

​

This process is very simple. Click on the "Book Now" button on the right hand side at the top and you will be transferred to our Online-Reservation System. Enter the dates of arrival and departure, and enter the number of guests. Click the Button "Search" and you will see all available rooms and prices.

How do I book online?



After you have searched for available rooms, click on the "Book-it button and simply follow the on-screen information for "Guest Info", "Additional Items" and finally for the "Payment Info" .

How long does it take to receive a response to my booking? 

 

The booking confirmation is given INSTANTLY because room availability is constantly updated in the system. You will find an email in your inbox usually within a few minutes.

What is the payment method?

​

We accept Visa, Mastercard, AmericanExpress and Discover as a credit or debit card and Cash. We do not charge your credit card when you book online. We take this information only to secure your reservation. At the check-in, you can still decide, whether you want to pay with the card mentioned or with some other method.

 

Sorry, we do not accept personal checks.

How do I cancel a reservation? What is the cancellation policy on my reservation?

​

When you are completing the Secure Lodging Reservation Form, the Cancellation Policy there will be a link to read the cancellation policy. In general, the standard increments are that you must cancel the room(s) at least 48 hours ahead of your scheduled arrival date.

 

If you cancel before the deadline, generally you will not be charged a penalty by the lodging provider. Cancelling after the stated period will result in a cancellation penalty fee in the amount of your reservation, including tax.

 

If you book multiple rooms, the deadline will be extended corresponding to the amount of the rooms booked. Please read the specific cancellation policy on the site and in any emails regarding your reservation.

How do I book Packages online?

Packages are not available at this time. Check back later or call the Frontdesk.

Our children will be with us... do they stay free?

​

There will be an additional charge of $4 per night for children age 12 and under. 13 and older are charged as an additional adult with $8 per night

Are roll-a-way beds/cribs available?



We do not offer roll-a-way beds or cribs.

Is the room rate per person or per night?

 

The room rate is per night. The rate will reflect the number of persons you entered on the Search Form. It's for two people if you selected two people and it's for four people if you selected four people.

What time is your Check-in and Check-out time?

​

Check-in begins at 3 pm. Check-out is 11 am. The Front Desk is open usually from 8 am to 8 pm during weekdays and until 10 pm on Friday/Saturday nights. If you are planning to check-in outside our regular office hours, please contact the Front Desk to make arrangements. Exact business hours are listed at the bottom of this page.

If I book online, is it cheaper than by phone?

There is no price difference between online or over-the-telephone booking.

Rooms and Amenities

What types of rooms are available?

 

We offer 11 rooms with a King size bed, and 8 rooms with two Queen size beds each. All the rooms have private bathroom with shower tub and toilet, rooms #116 to #120 have a walk-in shower instead of a tub. All rooms have high quality Mattresses from CJ Beds, Corsicana, TX.

Do you offer smoking rooms?

​

No, all of our rooms are 100% non-smoking rooms. There is enough space to smoke outside of any room.

Do you offer pet friendly rooms?

 

No, Sorry, as much as we love animals, but we do not accept any pets at the hotel.

Do the rooms have microwave, fridge, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, and coffee pots?

 

Our rooms are equipped with microwaves, refrigerator with ice compartment, hairdryers and coffee maker as a standard. Iron and ironing board is available at the front desk for no extra costs (limited availability!). There is an additional microwave at the Front Desk for use. We offer free ice from our ice machine for your cooler.

Does the room have a view to the back, the Forest?



Rooms N#114 to N#120 are located on the lowest level on the backside of the hotel, which faces the forest. All other rooms are facing the front side All of our hotel rooms are quiet and have a nice view around the property. All windows have been replaced in 2016.

Do you offer Cable TV and DVD Player for all the rooms?

 

Edelweiss Inn offers Cox Extended Cable TV selection in all the rooms. There are no DVD Players in the room. If you like to watch DVD's, you can bring your own DVD Player and hook it up to our TV's with a HDMI cable.

Is free WiFi available?



Yes, we offer free Highspeed Wireless Internet Access around our property. The access needs a password which is available at the Front Desk and in the room (see bottom of TV channel guide). Please note: Not all the rooms have the same quality access signal for the WiFi – we do not guarantee a full access signal in any room.

Do we serve Continental Breakfast in the morning?

​

Yes, we offer a Continental Breakfast with Cereal, Yogurt, Pastry, Oatmeal, Fruits, Jus, Milk, Coffee and Tea. For those, who are looking for a full Breakfast, we have a lot of good recommendations for the best way to start your day in Eureka Springs. Breakfast hours are 8am to 10am every day.

Do you have a Trolley stop nearby?

 

Yes, the Trolley stops right in front of the Edelweiss Inn (Stop N#18 on the Blue Line). Across the street, there is stop N#54 on the Yellow Line also available. Tickets can be bought at the Front Desk or from the driver (same price).

Does the Trolley have a schedule?

​

No, the Trolley comes by approx. every 25 – 35 minutes, on busy weekends even more often. For the operating time, please check the Website of Eureka Trolley.

Do we have enough parking space?

 

We offer enough parking space for all the rooms we have. There is also limited additional space for trailers. Groups travelling with a Motorcoach or Bus will find enough space to park. Let us know ahead, if you have any special requirements for the parking.

I'm on a motorcycle – is the parking lot paved?

 

Yes, our parking lot is paved and has an easy access from the highway.

Is a Wedding Service available?

​

Yes, you can use our premises for your private, intimate wedding.

I have a medical Marijuana license, can I smoke outside on the property?

​​

We respect your needs to use medical marijuana but we do not allow smoking it around the hotel. If you can't leave the property to fulfill your needs, we will tolerate smoking marijuana by the fire pit in the back, please ask the front desk for permission. If recreational marijuana becomes available, it will have the same rules. 

Always remember, you are on a private property and you should be a considerate guest and not everyone is okay with smoking marijuana, so respect the rules of the hotel and all other guests.
